I have been in Cleveland TN for 37 years now and have watched this town grow by leaps and bounds. It is exciting to me to be part of a community that has been resilient throughout the challenges of our recent economy. Cleveland, as well as the surrounding areas that we service, has remained solid in the market place. With all the new industry already in place or currently being constructed, our area has flourished where others have not been so fortunate.
With that being said, I’d like to give you a quick synopsis of my background so you will know that my knowledge of the area and of the mortgage business can help you to maximize the opportunities that are awaiting you. I have worked in the financial and mortgage field for Great Western Bank, Citibank and Regions Bank for the better part of 20 years. I also operated my own mortgage company before joining iServe Residential Lending in 2008. I have been a part of the mortgage business for quite some time and have witnessed many changes in the industry. The completion of the National and State Licensing requirements, along with my many years in the mortgage business and the aggressive lenders at my disposal, all allow me the ability to work with my clients to better their financial position.
On a personal note, I have been married for 25 years and have two boys ages 18 and 14. My boys are both in the Bradley County School system and are involved in many activities associated with their respective schools. I enjoy playing golf and participating in coaching different sports throughout the year.
